Blog Burnout

I'll try to post sooner or later, folks--right now I seem to have creative burnout.

Okay, mom. Here are some ideas. (I'll be the fiber for your creative constipation.)

1. You could finish writing about how beautiful Libby is, or Dexter.

2. You could write about some of your funnest creative outlets (crosstiching original designs, knitting, drawings).

3. You could write about some of your favorite things about your marriage.

$. (That was an accident.) You could write about your testimony, about the amazing things God has done in your life in the past 5 or 6 years or so.

5. You could blog about leaving SSS.

6. You could blog about becomming a Granny.

7. You could blog about my granny.

8. You could blog about why you love Lucy.

You're just too busy trying to think of recipes for our new blog to write on here. That's why you can't write right now!!!

You could also finally explain what a mitral valve birthday is about. I *still* don't get it.

I understand, yanno. That's another reason I don't write for a living.

Sung to the tune of "Yesterday" by the Beatles):

Yesterday, all the bloggers had the time to play
Now it seems that they've all gone away
Oh how I miss, their blogging days

Suddenly, there's less blogging than there used to be
I'm reading re-runs by my dear Monkey
Oh their burnout came suddenly

Why they had to go I don't know, they will not write
They won't tell their news, got the blues, it isn't right

Yesterday, all sorts of topics seemed to come their way.
Now they're silent as the proverbial grave.
Oh how I miss their blogging days.

Blog, blog, blog, blog, blog, blog-blog!

I do believe that is my finest parody yet! Okay, I already used that on Becca's blog, but it was so good, I just had to use it elsewhere, too!

I talked to Tooz last night on the phone. She would blog, but she can't walk!! She's not in pain, but there's something definitely wrong. I'll call her this afternoon and let everyone know if she gets teh results of her x-rays back.

I'm sure she'd love it if others called her, too.

I know, I talked to her yesterday, too. Apparently, I interrupted their Jeopardy! time. Sorry, Tooz! I didn't know the rule!

Anyhoo, I told her she needs to get a wheelchair for her vacation! She's in my prayers (as are you all).

Okay, I love you, bye-bye!
